Moldy oldies? Groups you hate? Worst types of music? _____ Here's mine: Generally, I like all genres of music. I like songs with a good beat, and ones that have apparently profound lyrics. I like groups like Boston, Aerosmith, the cars, many obscure groups, some you might not have heard of before - or liked! Like some western except square dance music. Like classical symphony except opera (All over when the fat lady sings!). Like folk and celtic and African music(Not much of that.). Like obscure music from Russia, Baltic area, Japaneese, Eskimo, anything unusual. hate Elvis and the Beatles, hate Grand ol Oprey, hate American folk ('She'll be comin' round the mountain', ect...). What is your favorite music? Country, Classic Rock, Christian Rock, Roots Reggae (must have the reggae mon) Oldies, Carolina Beach Music and some Alternative Rock. Artists? Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, Big & Rich, Lifehouse, BTO, Buckcherry, Daughtry, ELO, Green Day, Jimmi Hendrix… I have too many to list. Groups? Alabama, Kiss, Def Leppard, Metalica… Again too many. Moldy oldies? Mostly the 70's Disco music. Groups you hate? All Rap, Today's Hit music. I guess that cover everything in that category. :blowup: Worst types of music? All Rap, All Trance, All Drum & Bass, and All Today's Hit music. You get the point I can't stand that stuff. Killed it for me when they made 'Saturday Night fever'! Maybe green Day. BTO, Hendrix, Kiss, most of the rest? Used to, now they play them to death! Rap and talk? No way! (Don't you hate the theme songs to most TV shows? News themes? Commercial jingles?... That includes some of the 'oldies' that my parents listen to. Such as: Hewey Lewis and the News, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Boston, Journey, Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder, ELO, The Blues Brothers, Michael Jackson (in his younger years), Queen and STYX. Classical music and jazz are among my favorites as well. I also like some of the more recent bands, such as: All-American Rejects, Linkin Park, Phil Collins, Kelly Clarkson, Hope 7, Savage Garden, Nightwish, O-Zone and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I don't like heavy metal, screamo, or rap. UGH! Well, that's about all I can think of off the top of my head.
